Spacious 2 bedrooms apartment of 100m2 with air-conditioning for 5 people, ES VEDRÀ is used as the main gîte in case of privatization. It offers a large open space including a living room with fireplace and musical instruments, a dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen, all open on a south oriented terrace, and a north oriented petanque court and a private parking facility for 2 cars.
From both Mediterranean and ethnic inspiration, all adorned with stone and wood, bright in winter and summer, this gîte will make you feel both on holiday and at home.

• Bedding with hotel quality mattresses, two pillows per person and linen trimmings, made on arrival.

• 2 towels provided per person + bath mat, hand towels and 2 tea towels.

• Apartment accessible on the ground floor with access to the swimming pool on the same level.

• Board games and toys available (mini kitchen, castle, doll's house...) 1st and 2nd age toys on request.

• Not included, payable with the balance or on arrival :

- Tourist tax of 1€ per person over 18 years old and per night.

- Cleaning and laundry at the end of your stay (mandatory): 90€.

• Double room: 1 bay window with roller shutter, 2 hotel quality single beds that can be converted into queen size beds (with over-mattress) + possibility of an extra junior bed on request (for children under 6 years old, extra charge of 10€/night), dressing room, chest of drawers, private bathroom with corner bath, double washbasin and WC.

 

• Triple room: 1 bay window with roller shutter, 3 hotel quality single beds, 2 of which can be converted into queen-size beds (with over-mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers, private bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.

 

• Living room: 1 bay window and 1 window with roller shutters, 3 club armchairs, 1 5-seater bench, 1 coffee table, 1 carpet, 1 child's desk, 1 adult desk, 1 flat-screen television equipped with TNT, magazines and tourist information.

 

• Dining room: Bay window, window and front door with roller shutters, 1 dining table + 8 chairs (extendable to 14), 1 dresser.

 

• Kitchen: 1 window with roller shutter, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven with rotating heat, microwave, 4 burner induction hob with extractor hood, espresso machine, kettle, hand blender, juice extractor, raclette or fondue machine (on request).

• Terrace of 60m2 with dining table under pergola and benches for 8 guests

• A Mediterranean and tropical landscaped garden (holm oaks, umbrella pines, lavender, rosemary, citrus, arbutus, granadier, cedar, cistus, callistemons, agaves, agapanthus, hydrangeas, mulberry, guava, bougainvillea, eucalyptus...) with a splendid washingtonia palm tree that dominating the property.

• A 3.5x7.5m indoor swimming pool with shower, giant beanbags and cosy lounges, heated water/air all year round by heat pump and wood stove, and surrounded by 80m2 of shaded or sunny outdoor terraces.

• A summer kitchen with BBQ and plancha and a very convivial XXL dining table, creation of our workshop.

• Free parking facility inside the property in the immediate surroundings of the gîte, with the possibility of unloading your luggage right in front of the entrance to the apartment.
